What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a guided therapeutic process that works with the subconscious mind to help change unwanted habits, behaviours, and emotional patterns. It is a safe and structured technique designed to support positive, lasting change.
Will I lose control during hypnosis?
No. You remain fully aware and in control at all times. Hypnosis is a relaxed state of focused attention — similar to being deeply absorbed in a book or movie — and you cannot be made to do anything against your will.
What issues can hypnotherapy help with?
Hypnotherapy can assist with anxiety, stress, stop smoking, weight management, confidence building, and other behavioural challenges. Each session is tailored to your individual goals and circumstances.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies depending on your goals and personal situation. Some clients notice changes quickly, while others benefit from a series of sessions for deeper transformation.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. Sessions are available both in-person in Banora Point, NSW and online via secure video consultation, allowing flexibility and convenience.
Is hypnotherapy safe?
Yes. Hypnotherapy is considered a safe and non-invasive therapeutic approach when conducted by a trained practitioner. You remain aware throughout the session and can return to full alertness at any time.
