Information I collect
- Your name, phone number, email address and booking details when you contact me or book a session.
- Health and personal information you share with me during sessions, so I can provide appropriate care.
- Basic website visit information, such as which pages are viewed and what device is used. This is collected through Google Analytics and Google Search Console and doesn’t identify you personally.
How I use it
I use your information to provide and manage your sessions, to contact you about your appointments, and to improve my website. I do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
Storage and security
Client information is stored securely, including in my online booking system. I keep records for as long as the law requires, then securely dispose of them.
Sharing
I only share your information when you ask me to, when the law requires it, or with service providers who help me run my practice (such as my booking system and website host).
Cookies and analytics
My website uses Google Analytics, which uses cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask to see or correct the information I hold about you at any time. If you have a concern about your privacy, contact me and I will respond promptly.
